Locally baked bread will now be available for the 2019 CSA Season! We are so excited to be working with Philip Massey of Bread Riot Bakehouse, a locally owned and operated community bakery, in Salt Lake City.They bake slow fermented hearth breads using traditional methods, freshly stone milled flours, and regionally sourced whole grains. All their loaves are raised by naturally fermented sourdough cultures.
Full Shares will receive 1 large loaf per week, and Half Shares will receive 1 large loaf every other week, for the entirety of the CSA season (22-24 weeks). Bread will be freshly baked the morning of our pick up and delivery days!
We will rotate through some of Bread Riot's most popular loaves --Sourdough, Semolina, Multi-Grain & Whole-Wheat -- on a weekly basis!
