Each delivery should contain between 5 - 12 different veggie/greens/herb items grown using organic methods by B.U.G. Farms . The exact quantity and variety will change each week depending on the harvest for that time of the season. Generally, one veggie share should feed 2 - 4 people cooking at home a week. If you are single, think about teaming up with a friend and splitting a Full Share, or try a Half Share where you will have 2 weeks to eat your produce before getting another delivery.

We are so excited to be offering farm fresh eggs this year! We are teaming up with the fabulous Julie Clifford, of Clifford Family Farms, to bring you some of the freshest eggs in town. Clifford Family Farms has a reputation for caring about how they impact the land, the animals they raise and their community. They have dedicated the last decade to providing the freshest and most delicious home-grown products. Their chickens/eggs are grown in Provo, Utah, a great location to supplying the Wasatch front with some of the best products Mother Nature has to offer.
The Egg Share will go the entire CSA season, starting when veggie shares start. You can expect 22 - 24 weeks of uninterrupted eggs. Full Shares will be one dozen farm fresh eggs a week, Half shares one dozen every other week.

NEW! for 2017 - we are partnering with local mushroom producers - Intermountain Gourmet to provide mushroom shares for our CSA customers. Intermountain Gourmet is a specialty mushroom cultivator located in Ogden, UT. They cultivate their mushrooms indoors allowing them to produce mushrooms year-round and control every aspect of the grow cycle. Their mushrooms are grown following good agricultural practices and no chemicals or pesticides are ever used in their production.
In your Mushroom Share you can expect (6oz.) of fresh oyster mushrooms. The variety of oyster mushrooms will vary from week to week, the varieties of oyster mushrooms that will rotate throughout the season are: Pearl Oyster, Citra/Golden Oyster, Elm Oyster.

All of our fruit comes from Riley Orchards in Payson and now Perry, UT. Young Farmer Brothers Chris & Jordan Riley have taken over the reigns of their family's orchard, and we love partnering with them to offer this wonderful, economical fruit share. The fruit is not certified organic, they use pheromone traps and other non-toxic pest prevention techniques to keep the fruit beautiful and "clean". Fruit offered could include 2 types of cherries, 4+ types of peaches, nectarines, pears, and many varieties of apples as they are ripe during the season. Expect about 18-20 weeks of fruit beginning the First week of July until the end of October with variety changing weekly or every other week. Each delivery will include either a 2 lb bag of cherries, or 4 - 5 lb bag of peaches, nectarines, pears, and/or apples depending on what is available for harvest that week.
